What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, postcode and delivery address. We need these to take your order and post it. If you order to the NT, we also keep the permit number you give us, because we have to check it. If you join a waitlist, we keep your email address and what you asked for.

What we do not do

We do not use cookies for ads. We do not sell your details. We do not share them with anyone except the people who have to handle your order. Our breeder packs and posts your order. He sees your name, delivery address and phone number so he can write the label. For NT orders he also sees your permit number. If you join a waitlist, he also sees your email address and what you asked for, so he knows what to grow. Stripe takes the payment. Resend sends our emails. ClickSend sends our texts to the breeder. Australia Post delivers your box. Our website and its order records are kept on servers in Singapore (Render). Cloudflare runs our website's connection, so your order passes through it. Our order emails, with your name, address and phone, are kept in Gmail (Google). Stripe, Resend, ClickSend, Cloudflare and Google may also store your details outside Australia.

How we count visits

We count how many times each page is viewed, as a daily total, on our own server. No cookies. Our visit counter does not store IP addresses. No outside tracking tool. We do keep the internet address an order was placed from, with that order, to spot fraud.

Payment

Your card details go straight to Stripe. They never touch our server.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for seven years, because tax law says we must. Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, or to have anything deleted that the law does not make us keep.
