What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, postcode and delivery address. We need these to take your order and post it. If you order to the NT, we also keep the permit number you give us, because we have to check it.

What we do not do

We do not use cookies for ads. We do not sell your details. We do not share them with anyone except the people who have to handle your order. That is our breeder (who sees the list of what to pack), Stripe (who takes the payment), Resend (who sends our emails) and Australia Post (who delivers it).

How we count visits

We count how many times each page is viewed, as a daily total, on our own server. No cookies. Our visit counter does not store IP addresses. No outside tracking tool. We do keep the internet address an order was placed from, with that order, to spot fraud.

Payment

Your card details go straight to Stripe. They never touch our server.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for seven years, because tax law says we must. Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, or to have anything deleted that the law does not make us keep.
